Fitness and well being, continuous learning

I have been involved in a fitness lifestyle since 1975. The journey continues as does the learning. The journey has involved various evolutions and progressions including becoming involved in CrossFit since 2015 that continues. Humans are three dimensional mind, body and, spirit. If any of these dimensions are neglected or injured we as Humans will not function properly and will cause a life imbalance. To be the best a person can be discipline, effort and commitment must must take place to assure balance.
