As an early childhood educator, I created safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environments for children from infancy through age eight. My work integrated developmentally appropriate instruction, caregiving, observation, and family partnership to support each child’s cognitive, language, physical, social, and emotional growth.
Through purposeful play, exploration, movement, art, music, stories, and conversation, I designed inclusive learning experiences responsive to children’s individual abilities, interests, cultures, languages, and developmental stages. I also built respectful, reciprocal relationships with families by communicating progress, understanding each child’s home context, and connecting caregivers with appropriate community resources.

In addition to being responsible for daily production of various baked products, leading, training other staff members and ensuring absolute product quality required working with customers with special orders.
Lorena was recognized as an outstanding employee who far exceeded stated role responsibilities. Furthermore, being tasked with complex production plans into clear work assignments, verifies that processes are followed, solves problems quickly, and ensures the team does not sacrifice product quality or safety to meet a volume target.
