I personally feel like I've always had a strong work ethic, it really all stems back to participating in team sports all of my life. I've always wanted to go above and beyond in whatever it is that I was doing. I'm a person who is self motivated, and now that i have a son to care for, my work ethic and motivation is even higher than before. I'm always looking for a way to reach the next level in life, i grow tired of being complacent and content. I want to reach the highest level that i can in everything that I'm doing. I had a really successful college track career, so much so that i earned a spot on Team USA(2016) as one of the top 32 hurdlers in the Country. I won state as a Sr in High School, I then went on to Western TX College and was a National Champion for Junior College, after graduating from there with my Associates of Arts, I transferred to West TX A&M where i recorded several of school records, became a runner up at Nationals and had several other accomplishments. I said all of that to show that I have always felt like i was an over achiever and I take that same pride that i had on the track with me in my working career.
