Preparing Lunch and Dinner meals Min-Fri . Supervising volunteers including church groups, UCSB students and Path Point and UCP (Momentum) participants daily. Volunteers would help me in peparing salads, dessert's, dishes washing and serving lunch and dinner.

Cooked lunch meals for 7 satellite Elementary Schools. Worked and supervised 7 employees in the school kitchen in preparation of 7 satellite elementary schools in the Santa Barbara School district.

Teacher's assistant for ESL students. Working in the classroom setting helping new arrival Spanish speaking students from Latin America. Helped students understand the teachers and how to do their work.

Cooked lunch and dinner for Hillside House participants. I was responsible for cooking for approximately 30-40 meals including making bag lunches and baking desserts.
