Work with Mother/Baby nurses to distribute healthy snack to the mothers staying in the hospital to increase patient satisfaction scores on the unit. Also a trainer of other volunteers. Also assist the nurses in NICU to hold newborn babies when in need of cuddling.

In the past months have worked with staff in Central Supply to help get hospital supplies stocked or ready to be stocked and filling of orders.

Help the Jr. Varsity an Varsity girls and boys basketball teams by keeping the scorebook for home and away games. I have helped in the position starting in 1988 an have helped on and off since. Mainly a volunteer position and dependability is key in this position, often traveling out of the region.

• Improved game accuracy by diligently tracking and recording player statistics during basketball games.
• Enhanced team performance analysis by providing detailed scorekeeping reports to coaching staff.

Assisted clients with obtaining Food Stamps, Medicaid & cash assistance. Interviewed clients to get information of their financial and hope situations to try to help them get assistance with Food Stamps, Medicaid, cash assistance or other needs.

Data entry for each client to determine level of assistance/eligibility.

Engaged in active listening of each client to counsel them in their individual needs and determine other resources available.
