  • After Calendar Call-Office Duties Include: Responding to high volume of phone calls, voicemails, and emails from Attorneys, Paralegals, and Pro Se Litigants, Family Members of cases, and Intervenors.
  • Research each question regarding their case in CASEWISE.
  • We enter each filing on every case in CASEWISE so it reads 'Like a Book' for any of our 4 Case Coordinators to be able to assist with all Family Court Judges assigned cases.

  • Compose court orders for Judge’s approval and signature, record contested hearings in court, keep up with weekly continuances of cases for the following weeks dockets, and maintain a spreadsheet with cases that are coming up for rehearing’s.
  • This all includes an average of 12,000 cases handled per year.
