As weekend supervisor I am responsible for managing nursing staff and monitoring there performance/assignments while also assisting in patient care, administering meds, performing assessments, assisting charge nurse and CNA with providing care/assistance to the residents. I am also charge nurse on Sundays so i perform assessments and document my assessment for residents in follow up and well as medicare patients.

Provided Pt Care according to POC. As RN Case Manager I was responsible for creating POC based on individual needs of each patient. I completed head to toe assessments, administered IV/IM medications, changed PICC Line Dressings, collected labs via VP and via PICC Line, provided wound care including wound vac dressing changes/management. As RN case manager I corresponded with MD and other members of health care team in order to implement best possible care for each individual patient.
