  • Conduct initial phone screens and virtual interviews for active contenders and utilize instructional literature to explain and easily understand complex credentialing processes and procedures that vary by state.
  • Update hiring managers on headcount for those in the pipeline to complete training and testing and move the candidate through a lengthy onboarding process of background, verify credentialing documents were received along with required physicals as needed to prepare for onsite visits and first day expectations.
  • Sell the company culture and incentives and negotiate pay to extend competitive offers by region and role.
  • This is a high-volume recruiting position where during peak season I would onboard 250 + new hires per month.
  • Due to falloff potential, it was important to stage the proper experience for new applicants to generate a high level of interest and remain in front of them daily to ensure each requirement was completed according to requirement timeline to ensure proper training and pass exams.
  • Candidates were followed closely and moved through the process as quickly as possible.
  • Each candidate had a different level of experience with technology and to avoid possible delays in virtual training classes and required retesting, I provided guidance on technical issues, worked around current work schedules and commitments to create an exceptional experience, demonstrate relationship building skills, and identify candidate skillsets, while working closely with location teams, trainers, managers and various internal departments to gain insight on program/training specifics to keep moving forward.
