- Manage incoming support requests for Hybrid and remote users.

- Perform desktop/laptop fixes for software / hardware installations, system and applications, configurations, data backup and restores.

- Conduct preventative maintenance and post-resolution follow-ups for workstations, printers, and peripherals.

- Assist in maintaining IT inventory and identifying hardware needs

- Contribute to the successful execution of IT initiatives.

- Image, configure, and deploy Windows machines

- Ensure all critical business applications and software are tested and fully functional post-upgrade

- Troubleshoot and resolve upgrade-related issues, ensuring a smooth transition for end users

- Inventory and track all deployment-related devices and assets.

- Traveling Tech

- Manage/repair all technology hardware including but not limited to computers, printers, and scanners

- Maintain accurate hardware production inventories and spare stock

- Assist with project assignments to implement new technologies or hardware

- Assist with the movement of I&T assets either receiving new equipment or decommissioning of end of life equipment

- Maintaining technological needs to ensure steady workflow

- Provision computers, laptops, tablets, and truck tracking software

- Assist in maintaining software such as Citrix, and Microsoft Applications.

- Manage and maintain Active Directory user accounts, including creating, modifying, and disabling accounts
