The components included BorA Radar Update, Surveillance software release updates, Surveillance tracker server update and multiple System Stability updates.

Airbus Defence and Space - France/Qatar – Program Management Organisation - Led multiple engagements, over a five-year period, to plan and implement comprehensive engineering management policies and processes on a major border security programs.

Airbus Defence and Space – (Saudi Arabia) – Program Management - Led program to re-plan and improve a 1.4b Euro border security program. The scope of the program included Organizational Development, Civil Works, Engineering, Training and Rollout. Directed all Group Managers. Ensured program requirements were clearly traced in system releases. Conducted senior management Program Management Reviews.

National Air Traffic Services (UK) – Restructured Engineering Organization - a ten year 6-billion-pound program to reinvent the air traffic control system for the United Kingdom. Part of a two-year program to oversee the integration of new software to aid in improving the efficiency safety of air traffic control.
