With A-levels in Sport and Exercise Science, Economics, and Biology, and a Core Maths qualification, I'm keen to pursue a degree apprenticeship in the technical construction sector. Having a diverse educational background has provided me with strong analytical and problem-solving skills that I believe will be useful in construction. I am particularly keen on how my knowledge of biology might be applied to sustainable building practices, and how my background in economics will prepare me to understand project budgeting and costing. My working experience with the National Trust has refined my people skills and familiarized me with conservation and building maintenance. I want to apply this varied experience to real construction sites, alongside obtaining a degree and hands-on industry skills. I believe this apprenticeship would be the perfect opportunity for me to start a successful career in construction, possibly specialising in areas like sustainable development or project management.
