  • 2016-2019 At BNY Mellon revamped an annual Statements process, which had been flagged as a major performance issue, into a better process producing more information and in 1/5th the processing time.
  • 2011-2016 Last major Morgan Stanley project was to decommission a legacy Documents Transmittal System written in DB2 and action on by 2 CICS interfaces. The decommissioning involved removal of DB2 Entries in the CICS log file, freeing bind plans, removing packages from the packlist, etc.
  • 2010-2011 Led a team which successfully designed, developed and implemented enhancements to transpose Client data from a major Wall Street Corporate merge with the Morgan Stanley platform. Programs written in DB2/COBOL to transpose and migrate data field names based on likeness in documents data.
  • Instrumental point of contact in this significant platform migration and integration which translated and ingested account details for 30 million+ accounts from the Smith Barney Corporate merger.
  • 2009-2016 Reengineered client document code storage and reporting in both DB2 and VSAM.
  • 2006 - Created a systematic way to drastically reduce client mailings. New Account Welcome Kit process used windowing as well as identification of the client via EDB mainframe DB2 table information or information stored on VSAM files to create one mailing to Welcome the Client.
  • 2009 - Created a new Account change of Address sub-system to track client address changes and report who made the change as part of a legal requirement. This was created on the Mainframe using JCL/ VSAM and DB2.
  • 2003-2004 Successfully produced the Corporate IPO Recertification System using the Enterprise database. The was a mainframe Cobol/DB2 driven process. In 2010-2011 incorporated IPO processing data from Smith Barney onto the Morgan Stanley platform.
