• Utilize a CRM software to take sales leads as well as document interaction between consumers (callers)

• Used a knowledge base to interpret information and apply it to calls to assist consumers
• Followed a script to have an effective tone and call flow
• This is a remote position; and had information security requirements that needed to be followed to ensure information security.
