I work as a print sale and sales associate so i flex throughout my shift if needed. I complete print jobs from posters to flyers and invitations. Restock merchandise frequently, fulfill omni orders, check people out at register (checks,cash,card payments), Help with Fed ex shipping packages, Change price tags and ensure customers find what they’re looking for.

• Greeted customers and provided exceptional customer service.
• Assisted customers with product selection, sizing and styling.

• (I started off as host/busser) I would greet customers, Clean menus, assist in rolling silverware, clean tables, manage seating chart, manage register, do door dash orders, pack food, hand out food, sweep, roll carpets, clean doors, and throw out trash
• I then became a server and i’d prep my side-work (make tea ,restock fridge, cut lemons, refill cups, straws and napkins), roll baskets of silverware, sweep my area when finished, communicate with customers, get drinks and appetizers out in a efficient matter.

• I clock in restock everything that was put away from morning shift, refill ice, brew tea, wash trays, greet customers once they are seated, put in order though pos, make desserts, sing happy birthday to customers when needed, cut lemons for drinks, handle trays throughout shift, check out customers, make sure customers are getting there food on time, refill drinks, and do my paperwork at the end of every shift.

• Greet customers through Front or speaker from drive thru, Pack orders, serve drinks, take payments ( cash or card) restock drinks, clean floor, scrub floors, restock boxes or any items needed, cleaned bathroom, washed dishes, and answered any customer questions
