Run background checks, E-verify, run drug test & set them up for the start date of work. Follow up with Clients on regards the performance of the employee(s) and also work on aging reports along with the delivery of the checks. Other duties: email Client, fax paperwork as needed. Customer Service to all associates and company managers. Post all positions available on Zip Recruiter, Indeed & Career Builder. Answer a high volume of calls on the daily; enter information into systems & work on monthly audits as needed. Processing Payroll/inquiries, making sure guidelines are meet based on client company policy
