- Special assignments TDY JFK Operation; My role involved training, instructing, and overseeing project management. I replicated the work I do in Atlanta and applied it to the operations at JFK, including helping to set up the layout. I communicated with all levels of management and implemented the necessary specifications for domestic, TCON, and international flights. This included teaching the team how to read FSR, 02P labels, and GP4, as well as how to build carts and carriers, and distinguish between half and full carts. Additionally, I trained the team on proper procedures for building and quality-checking flights, with a focus on ensuring that all essential items were included in the catering services.
