Developed, coordinated, and scheduled outreach programming; provided curriculum support to museum exhibits, events, and programs; and developed and conducted onsite and offsite workshops, camps, and virtual programming.
Developed marketing materials, worked with communications director to post classes and outreach on social media, produced fiber art videos for facebook and you tube during the pandemic, and updated the education content on the museum's website.

Educated the public about the mission of Mesilla Valley Bosque State Park (MVBSP): preservation, restoration, and reintroduction of native species through interpretive and educational programs.
Conducted research on topics for talks and tours such as native plants, mammals of the Bosque, aquatic invertebrates, medicinal uses of plants, etc. Develop Educational and Interpretive plans for Mesilla Valley Bosque State Park that included various methods of delivery to the public.
Develop partnerships with other entities such as Girl Scouts and Boy Scouts, NM Audubon, and Environmental Education Association of New Mexico.
Marketed programs through local media, internet, flyers, Santa Fe staff, and brochures. Worked with the local newspapers to provide information on Mesilla Valley Bosque State Park events and educational programming.

Educated the public about New Mexico’s wildlife, New Mexico Game and Fish news, licensing information, rules and regulations, and general hunting and fishing information through presentations, workshops, radio announcements, articles and information booths.
Was a certified Game Warden for three years where I checked hunters and anglers for compliance enforcing Chapter 17 laws and regulations.
Presented educational programs to school groups grades K-12 to expose children to the types of New Mexico wildlife, including skulls, hides, tracks, and predator-prey relationships.
Coordinated and assisted with 24 Hunter Education classes in the southwest area office.

Performed weekend and holiday patrols at Caballo Lake State Park as the Marine Enforcement Officer (MEO) to enforce the provisions of the Boat Act.
Developed lesson plans and scheduled boat and water safety classes around the Caballo, Hatch, and Las Cruces communities for all ages.
Replaced and added buoys to the existing navigational system on the lake to 100% compliance.
