Luca Febrero

I am a foreign 15-year-old student at Mauldin High School from Brazil and France. Through a diverse background I have learned 4 languages fluently, Portuguese, French, and Spanish, on top of English, all of which has allowed me to communicate better with those all around the world and in a work environment. My work experience results from collaboration with others in programs and extracurricular activities such as the Engineering Academy at Clemson University with General Electric and many volunteers as well as participation in Mauldin High School’s Robotics Club. Both activities provide a setting where I have learned to work with others to achieve a goal and use a skill set derived from a larger group in order to achieve a common objective. Additionally, I do weightlifting outside of school hours as a hobby which has taught me valuable time management skills to find space outside of daily events for personal activities.
