Through my high school career so far, I have successfully maintained A-B honor roll, while challenging myself with very rigorous coursework, I have taken and successfully passed two AP courses, as well as partaking in over 10 honors level classes. I also created a club at my school that focuses on Bass Fishing, participating in state wide tournaments. In our very first season, the JPII Bass Fishing Team successfully qualified for the ASABFA state classic tournament, demonstrating our hard work and talent. I also have over 40 hours of community service, helping those in need of food, water, and shelter, as well as individuals suffering from physical diseases such as Parkinson’s disease. As well, I have participated in JPII’s Varsity Football Team, leading to several successful seasons as well as earning the title of one of our team’s team-captains. Another academic achievement was winning first place in the JPII science fair for environmental sciences on my work about water purification and survival techniques.
