- Managed the initial Boeing P-8 Poseidon transition for six squadrons, overseeing initial weapons load training, certification, and CWRT/CWTPI Safe-for-Flight qualification requirements. Conducted fleet-level reviews and validation of eight aircraft software revisions (FRs) prior to operational implementation. Provided semiannual configuration management recommendations for incorporation into the 8000.16 instruction, supporting multiple P-8A tactical configurations. Updated the CPRG training plan to integrate evolving P-8A configuration changes in order to enable constant compliance with the 8023.24 QUAL/CERT program.
