During the Indiana State Fair in 2023 and 2024 I joined the staff in the Cattle Barn in order to assist the staff with general needs. These duties included

- Operation of a forklift in heavily trafficked areas.

- General Barn cleanup

- Cattle Show rules enforcement

- Install hardware in order to supply exhibitors with water and electricity necessary for show cattle.

• Prepared ingredients and maintained cleanliness to ensure compliance with food safety standards.
• Assisted cooking staff in meal preparation, ensuring timely service delivery during peak hours.
• Collaborated with team members to maintain efficient workflow and enhance overall kitchen productivity.
• Trained new hires on kitchen procedures and safety practices, fostering a cohesive team environment.
• Supported special event setups by coordinating with front-of-house staff for seamless service execution during events.
• Removed garbage, compost, and recycling, and placed in designated container areas.
• Remove dirty and used dishes from customer's tables.
