Grimaldis is my second of two jobs in the service industry my first was another pizzaria called Rosatis which no longer exists. I’ve been there for 3 years now serving for half bartending the other. I love service; the faces you meet, the stories, the consistency. I know the simple things mean a lot and I like to build strong relationships with customers by being honest, true to character but professional. I don’t mind owning up to my mistakes I believe it’s always easiest to be upfront and apologize for inconveniences. I’m good with volume I prefer fast pace but I also appreciate slow for more personalized service. I believe I’m a strong team player because I understand the better the flow of the employees and managers is the better the restaurant runs.
