Relevant Experience

TC Saints and TC Diablos; 2016-2021

Coached approximately 150 high school age athletes in the Thurston County area. Developed personalized training programs for each athlete. Had 'classroom time' where we would go over different mental skills such as breathwork, routines and proper preparation. Tutored kids with school work so that they were eligible to continue playing. Helped several kids through the college recruitment process.

Umpire; 2015-2023

Umpired over 2000 games over an 8 year span. Worked with many college and professional umpires in 3 different states. Learned the ins and outs of the baseball rulebooks at many levels, including learning the game through their lens which gave me an advantage as a player and a coach. Was able to see many players and get an inside look into possible recruits.

Valet Manager, The Maven Hotel;  2023-2024

Was responsible for the scheduling, payment, and training of 13 employees. Was required to cover call-offs and overnight shifts when necessary. Implemented employee training that increased customer satisfaction by 11%. Conducted regular meetings with upper management to increase revenue by 13.8%. Was able have no claims filed through insurance during my management stay.

Optimum Athletes Training Facility; 2018-2019

Developed personalized throwing specific training regiments and completed an in depth analysis of weighted ball programs, rapsodo technology, and pitch shaping. Worked hand in hand with physical therapists on personalized training programs for mobility and strength gaining. Studied and trained with professional pitchers on a daily basis.
