• Responsible for managing all disability leaves to include: Short Term Disability, State Disability Leaves, Long Term Disability, Medical leaves, Personal leaves and Workers' Compensation, along with OSHA tracking.
• Engaged in the employee interactive process when accommodations are needed.
• In 2023, 153 employees created 235 different leave types resulting in over 13,343 days out of work due to leave of absences.
• Maintained and develop the Workers Compensation Program with a strong Return To Work Program, while overseeing the Third Party Administrator

• Manage and provide training for claim processes for Workers' Compensation, Auto, and General Liability for 37 locations of Sales Centers and Production Facilities for the states of CT, MA, NH, RI, ME, NY, and VT for 3000 + associates
• Involved in all claim processes to include: medical management,surveillance, settlements and cost containment throughout the life of the claims

• Over site a team of claims adjusters for the Third Party Administrator to ensure claims are investigated timely, reserving is appropriate, and that company protocols are adhered to
