my responsibility as a supervisor was to make sure all 4 crews will start on time . check product a day before going in lot to harvest walk the fields make sure every crew was functioning right and was working with in food safety rules with gloves hair nets and all of the above . check on each fore man to see how there crew was operating and get each fore man timing sheet for each crew to turn in along with there lot paper work to turn in to office for them to get checks and return each check to each foreman to give the employees

will cut spring mix product and make sure crew was at a good pace to make sure loads were out on time then after work would wash the machine and sanitize it for the next day .

will check on employees make sure they will work with in food safety rules with gloves hair nets beard covers will tell them what lot and product to harvest and made sure crew was operating good by standing in the machine and making sure the height cut of the product was perfect going at good pace to finish on time then after the end of the harvest in that location would do paper work for the lot that was harvest along with checking th bathroom for sanitation and inn good conditions to used
