Luciana Restrepo

As an English Tutor during my senior year at Colegio Nuestra Senora de la Providencia, in Medellin, Colombia. I provided tutoring assistance to underclassmen, helping them with homework and studying for exams. I facilitated small group study sessions to enhance students' understanding of English grammar, vocabulary, and literature. I developed customized learning plans and resources tailored to individual students' needs to improve their academic performance. I also monitored and reported on students' progress, providing feedback and support to help them achieve their academic goals.

I volunteered at the San Luis Foundation in Medellin, Colombia, where I assisted underprivileged children who travel three hours daily to attend school. My duties included distributing notebooks, books, and toys to ensure the children had the necessary resources for their education. Additionally, I organized and participated in educational activities and events to enhance their learning experience. I collaborated with other volunteers and staff to develop and implement initiatives aimed at improving the well-being and educational opportunities of the children.
