Leadership Experience
I am lucky to have learned leadership skills from real-life experiences and I am wanting to move into a professional leadership role. I have managed many aspects of my life that may be overlooked to the typical employer, but I am hoping that I find the right fit who can appreciate all that I have accomplished.
I have learned time management, delegation, and persuasion skills through raising my children.
I have learned how to manage a team of more than a dozen doctors to solve a rare health complication that I have (that doesn't affect my working abilities!), which is more complicated than one could imagine.
I have learned coaching, professionally, while working with indiviuals with disabilites. The rewards were endless with that career choice.
And these are just a few of my life experiences which I believe add up to a mountain of knowledge that I could put to great use.

Communication Skills
With the careers I have had in the past communication was essential to the job. I have been a caregiver, and a life coach for people with disabilities and they both required me to be able to effectively communicate with people of different ages, backgrounds, and cognitive abilities. It taught me a lot about myself and how I want to communicate with others.
