Lucy Eschman

I'm a closer, so organization and time-management are key. I direct the closing team to make sure everything that needs to be done has been; and been done well. I take and input order, initiate beverages, make sandwiches, complete refunds, and cash out customers. I clean the store, restock, and count tills at the end of the night. It's my responsibility to make sure I leave the store looking nicely so that the openers can have a good start. I have regulars, and I take pride in remembering and making their orders correctly.

I helped edit some pictures, set up the studio for her photoshoots, and test out new equipment/backdrops. We learned how to do different editing techniques together, as Photoshop and editing tools are always evolving. I learned about lighting, directing posing, and camera settings. She let me use her studio sometimes to practice these skills. I did a prom photoshoot for my friends in 2024 with her guidance. She's helped me strategize starting my own photography business

My job consisted of politely greeting and seating guests. I would take their drink orders, buss tables, serve food, cash out customers, and restock at the end of the night. I had to stop working here due to an injury, but I enjoyed it very much and created bonds with some of the regulars.
