Luis Brown

As an active student at Indiana University, I apply myself in various ways to better my education, personal relations and open new opportunities to expand on my connection with the real world. SPEA, or the O'Neill School, provide specific direction to my goal of becoming internationally versed in politics, language, culture, and social systems. As I travel the world and our own nation of the United States, barriers and the undiscovered all seem to be overbearing, which deters many people, however, my desire to learn keeps me motivated to push forth. My assets of a legal background, combatting racial discrepancies, and a thorough education, all have boosted my success in navigating social issues, academic roadblocks, and within my personal life, I have become a more passionate and experienced individual.
