•Work in the solar farms of two project Gemini phase 1 and Yellow pine phase 2.

• I work in the extreme heat and cold in the middle of the desert installing solar panels.

• In a fast pace enviroment installing up to 1000 panels a day for 10hrs shifts. Panels weigh between 50lbs to 100lbs.

• I also use a torque drill and fix the tools required to do the job.

•I loaded trailers with boxes of solar panels with forklift, strap down trailers witg rachet straps

• Perform regular construction safety procedures and clean up

• Under my foreman I am a team leader

• Osha 10 certified

• Rought terrain forklift certified

• 3000 construction hrs

• Work on all brands from International, Mack, Peterbilt ect
• Started has a tool handler with my father to doing certain jobs by myself.
• Im mechanically inclined.
• Replaced worn out parts such as hoses, belts, bearings and seals.
• Over 20 years of hard working in the sun expierence. Doing hard labor
• Assisted technicians with complex repair tasks when needed.
• Performed routine preventative maintenance on heavy equipment including oil changes, lubrication of parts, and engine tune-ups.

• Trained personnel on proper use of safety equipment while working in a confined space such as a tunnel.
• Assisted with troubleshooting issues that arose during routine operations.
• Provided guidance to new operators regarding safe practices in the tunnel environment.
• Responsible for a 6 man crew on operating tunnel washer and industrial grade dryers
• Developed and enforced policies and procedures for daily operations within the tunnel environment.
• Monitored operation of cleaning machines and stopped machines or notified supervisors when malfunctions occurred.
• Transported materials, equipment or supplies to or from work areas.
• Maintained cleanliness and presentation of stockroom and organized chemical racks by size, style and color for visual appeal.
