Summary

Efficient and detail oriented nurse who enjoys working with a team. Spent years in nursing working in wards such as ICU, Cardiology, and the CVU, while also having a number of colleagues who I managed at the same time. I understand the importance of being able to work smoothly with those around me and pride myself on keeping a positive attitude in stressful situations. I believe in working towards a goal, and push myself to be the best I can be. I started working in the Med Surg unit, and within a year was chosen to move to the CVU and then the ICU because of my work ethic and ability. I have also worked in a jail as an LPN.

I have experience in diverse patient populations which includes refugees and government officials. As a Sergeant in the US Army I worked closely with seniors, peers, and subordinates and learned important skills in communication.
