Field Testing and Inspection.

• Perform construction materials testing such as: concrete sampling, slump tests, air content, and cylinder molding; soil density/compaction tests using a nuclear gauge or sand cone; and asphalt density and sampling tests.
• Prepare accurate and timely field reports, test results, and inspection records.
• Maintain detailed logs of work performed, materials used, and test outcomes.
• Upload data to project management systems, and communicate results to the supervisor.
• Follow all company safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
• Use PPE appropriately and promote safe work practices on job sites.
• Comply with DOT, ASTM, ACI, and other relevant industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service
  Greet customers and handle questions about accounts, cards, payments, loans, etc.
  Assist with transactions that require banker support (not teller-level).
• Account Opening & Maintenance
  Open checking, savings, credit card, and other bank accounts.
  Help customers update account information, set up online banking, and resolve issues.
• Financial Guidance
  Identify customer financial needs and recommend suitable products (loans, credit, insurance, savings tools, etc.).
  Refer customers to specialists (loan officers, wealth advisors) when needed.
• Sales & Performance Goals
  Meet branch sales targets by offering banking solutions that fit customer needs.
  Promote Wells Fargo services such as overdraft protection, debit card features, mobile banking, and bill pay.
• Risk & Compliance
  Follow strict banking regulations and Wells Fargo internal policies.
  Verify customer identity, perform fraud prevention checks, and ensure documentation accuracy.
• Collaboration
  Work with tellers, branch managers, and product specialists to support branch operations.
