As a Master Install Technician for our Reno, NV branch, I lead the installation Team on a project to project basis.
During my time with EverOn I obtained a Project Management Course Certificate from the University of Nevada Reno to help me be a successful leader, understand the challenge set before me and have solutions readily available.
Communication is key. I plan to obtained a PMP Certificate by years end.
I conduct Fire final inspections for in house team and installations completed by sub contractors.
I conduct QC/QA inspections to ensure final inspection will pass.
As the lead tech in Northen NV branch, all install techs reach out to me as their first point of contact before managers for any problems that arise at the job site and also for tech support.
As a member of the Advisory Committee for our region, I play an integral part in improving work morale and implementing better work practices to help regional techs improve skill set and efficiency.
With over 12 years in the industry, I have mastered services and installations, including Fire, Security, Access Control and CCTV according to national and local codes, and company standards.

As the Lead Technician at CEI Alarm, I was responsible of training new employees, taking on the larger and more sophisticated projects, including Fire, Access Control, Security and CCTV.
I was on the brink of becoming the companies' main Fire Systems Designer before the company sold.

From 2014 to 2017 I worked full time in the low voltage industry.
During this time, I quickly learned how to work on Fire, Security CCTV and Access control, and during 1 year, I started my own company as an authorized dealer for Brinks, doing my own sales, installs and sub contractor work.
