Responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all logistics and field operations during hydraulic fracturing projects. Duties include:

• Managing the setup and operation of conveyors, sand boxes, forklifts, pads, and all supporting equipment.
• Coordinating inbound and outbound truck traffic while ensuring compliance with delivery protocols and safety procedures.
• Developing and implementing safety plans, including equipment positioning, truck movement, and protection against sand projections and other operational hazards.
• Planning and coordinating sand deliveries for each stage of the frac operation to maintain continuous production.
