• My contribution to the Alpha Company will be significant because in my squad, I will show confidence and kindness, this will give the cadets in my squad somebody that they can trust and to talk to whenever they're in need
• I will put a great effort into making them feel better and providing them guidance if they ever feel uncertain or in need
• I am the best option to choose because I am surely one of the most hardworking cadets in the whole academy
• I am very thirsty for doing what it takes to be recognized as one of your very best cadets
• I don't get into trouble, nor do I cause it
• In fact, I am very good at problem solving
• For example, I've broken up arguments between cadets preventing a possible altercation that could break their brotherhood that we establish here at SJNMA and even bring tons of demerits to the company

• My reasons for applying to this Squad Leader board is to build, encourage and establish leadership for my squad
• I would solve problems and create a safe environment for everybody

I had the Honor to Paint of the Alpha Company Spartan Mascot for its hallway, this needed to be very precise and i needed to be very patient to do it, i also needed to meet with some strict and long working days.
