• Assisted with quantity takeoffs and bid leveling across multiple construction trades and projects.
• Supported estimates for major projects, including the Ayn Rand Project and SUS-3 Amazon Warehouse, contributing to a team that secured $200M in work within a month.
• Participated in a competitive mock bid, developing a logistics plan, safety plan, P6 schedule review, estimate, and cost alternatives, and presenting the proposal to the project team.
• Researched and communicated with subcontractors to obtain competitive bids and verify scope coverage.

• Supported preconstruction efforts for NPC-5 hospital projects, enhancing document control, permitting, and project coordination processes.
• Coordinated weekly/bi-weekly OAC meetings and subcontractor meetings to support project planning and communication.
• Gained practical knowledge of HCAI healthcare permitting requirements, construction drawings, P6 schedules, RFIs, and MOPs to facilitate project compliance.
• Oversaw hospital meter readings and geotechnical boring operations, contributing to accurate project reporting and informed site investigations.
• Assisted in developing logistics plans and maintaining project documentation for healthcare construction projects.
