- As a FWPT it is my responsibility to safely guide pilots and their aircraft's to designated loading and parking zones. I also oversee all operations in my pit ensuring the safety of pilots, base personnel, and planes under the observation of a RAMP manager. As an Aircraft Timekeeper, it is my responsibility to track pilots flight times, as well as tracking use of all resources at the base including retardant use and aircraft fuel, while directly communicating to pilots and the RAMP through radio.
