Customer Service and Relations:

• Interact with customers through in-person interactions.
• Assist in addressing customer concerns and providing information about services.
• Work collaboratively with the customer service team to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.

Landscaping:

• Participate in outdoor maintenance tasks, including mowing and trimming
• Assist in the upkeep of outdoor spaces to ensure a clean and aesthetically pleasing environment.

Maintenance:

• Support the facilities management team in routine maintenance tasks.
• Conduct inspections of facilities and report any issues or repairs needed.
• Assist in minor repairs and maintenance projects as directed.

Accounting:

• Participate in budget tracking and analysis.

Tracking and Analysis

• Compile and analyze data related to business operations.
• Create reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) for various departments.

Administrative Tasks:

• Provide general administrative support to the Director of Operations.
• Assist in organizing and documenting operational processes.
• Perform other tasks and projects as assigned.
