
Although my time with Ermco didn't include any customer interactions, I was still taught many valuable skills that i could provide to this company. I was required to not be one minute late without PTO, I had to follow a strict implementation of rules daily and was required to follow these rules indefinitely, all while insuring we met our weekly production number. But this doesn't mean that I have no customer service experience. With my time at wallmart I was required to interact with customers daily. These Interactions consist of things such as, insuring that the elderly have easy access to the automated carts, averting and directing traffic while gathering carts, answering any questions a customer might of had, and directed customers correctly when asked to. I feel that with the experience of these two jobs combined, i can be a very valuable team member to this company.
