I started at Tri Cities Airport as a below wing agent. After a couple of months at the airport I became certified as a Load Distribution Desk agent. While certified for LDD operations I provided safe payload distribution for the Boeing 717.

• Worked flexible hours across morning, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
• Self-motivated, with a strong sense of personal responsibility.

At Ingles markets I spent my time working face to face with customers. I credit this job for my excellent customer service. My time in the produce section of the store increased my need for perfection.

• Communicated customer requests or comments promptly to management.

Working inside and outside of the kitchen at Big Dan's BBQ, I learned what it truly means to work hard.
