Performed FAR Part 135 Captain duties, customer services, aircraft repositioning, test flight missions, and Chief Flight Instructor.

Established initial setting up of operation, including training syllabus, SOP, training records, course materials, instructor standardization guide, exams, and website. Performed new-hire instructor training, stage checks, and standardization board meeting.

Worked with FAASTeam Program Manager for the local aviation community by using previously experienced USAF flight standards guide.

Performed assistant captain in flight preparation and operation of the aircraft, and chief flight instructor.

Supervised flight training program, organized and provided new-hire instructor training, and conducted aircraft test flights. Flight Chief Top Pick award in 1998, 1999, 2002, and 2003, and Performance award in 1998 and 2005.

Performed FAA practical tests, including private pilot, instrument rating, commercial pilot, ground instructor, and SIC type rating in Air Force Bases in Japan.

Performed numerous safety seminars at USAF flight training center, Japan Coast Guard, Japan Aircraft Pilot Association, and Schools, including high schools, colleges, and universities in US military bases in Japan, and Taiwan.

Managed flight training center, including enforcing and adhering to FARs, USAF safety program, and directives. Received Safety Certificates in 2005 and 2006 from USAF Safety Program. Received Excellent Rating during Air Force Inspection in 2005. Received Outstanding Performer during Pacific Level Unit Compliance Inspection in 2006.
