• Started at the age of 14 working as a carwash technician and moved my way up to customer service representative after proven ability in sales and customer issue resolution
• Worked with customers and fleet management companies to ensure scheduled vehicle maintenance was being performed per manufacturer guidelines
• Tasked with monitoring workflow of each vehicle and being able to identify where it was in the process
