In my role as a Pharmacy Benefits Analyst, I coordinate and deliver data-driven insights and pharmacy benefits support to client groups, optimizing medication costs through analysis, program coordination, and financial repricing. My work results in cost savings for multiple clients/groups while also providing medication at a cheaper cost to their members.

In my role as Senior Health Associate, I serve as a key liaison between pharmacies, insurance providers, and patients to streamline the process of obtaining critical medication information.

My efforts directly improve patient access to essential medications, enabling quicker treatment and better health outcomes.

During a UX mentorship with a senior UX researcher at CoverMyMeds, I was integrated into a team of researchers focused on answering a specific business question.

My responsibilities included conducting user interviews, developing user-centric research questions, and synthesizing findings into clear, actionable insights.
