At the office I do provide customer services to clients. assist client in applying for PA,sect 8 and others help in the communities. advocate for client during interviews different departments in the community. Use Samsara to enter the data when uses the company vehicles.

Do annual home visit, inspection and recertification. Calculate rent change.

Provide monthly contact(F-TF) and SPR for clients. Do their NYSCRI, Fax information if required. Set up appointment. Submit the report into avatar.

At the house,I do light housekeeping and assist resident on their daily living skills including shopping for groceries. Assist on monthly meeting.

- Med comp. Do pass med to resident.

-Passenger Driver of local and long-distance transport.

• Provided assistance in daily living activities by dressing, grooming, bathing, and toileting patients.
• Turned and positioned bedbound patients to prevent bedsores and maintain comfort levels.
• Assisted with daily living activities for patients, ensuring optimal independence and quality of life.
• Tended to patients with diverse medical conditions, including dementia, Parkinson''s disease, and diabetes, adapting care approaches accordingly.
