Assistant Manager:

Oversee the daily operations of Inventory Control including attendance, vacation and payable hours using Workday.

Oversee the Quality Control division to navigate better processes that will improve business standards.

Oversee the Reslot division to accurately setup and maintain active locations to replenish, stock and complete order fulfillment with ease and accuracy. Includes, Product verification through Item numbers, UPC codes and descriptions.

• Conducted regular audits of inventory levels to identify discrepancies, taking corrective action when necessary to maintain accurate records.
• Managed a team of inventory specialists, providing training, guidance, and support to ensure optimal performance and adherence to company policies.
• Prior to management I did Merchandise Distribution. Organized, planned and carried out all necessary operations to ensure high quality accurate orders.
• Collaborated with Department Managers to effectively plan Seasonal distribution to allow minimal disruption to the daily production volume.
• I have been apart of the Replenishment, Order Fulfillment and Inventory control team during my employment.
