Accomplishments

During my time as a Standardized Work Technician I worked along side the Industrial and Mechanical Engineers, Supervisors, and Leads to better the functionality of the MerCruiser line. On one occasion I worked with the Manufacturing Engineer, Mike Hunter, to create a Kaizen. The Kaizen was in relation to fixing the hydraulic fluid tank sensors that were causing the tanks to overflow, on the south side of MerCruiser. We achieved the elimination of product waste with accuracy and efficiency. I continue to collaborated with my Great White team of Industrial and Mechanical Engineers, Quality, Supervisor, Leads, and fellow Assembly Technicians in the continuous improvement of the Great White line.
