In the two years I have worked at Big Wood BBQ and Grill, I have worked my way up from hostess, server, and now shift leader. During my time here I have grown as a person and learned a lot about providing exceptional customer service, making people feel cared for and happy with their experiences. I have addressed and resolved customer conflicts to ensure enjoyable experiences for both staff and customers. I have also learned to keep an accurate register through proper chash management practices.
During my time at Arise Coffee Bar and Roaster I worked closely with customers and coworkers. I kept a clean and organized workspace, while also keeping track of inventory and maintaining an accurate register. I also, occasionally baked some of the pastries sold, following the proper health codes and safety protocols. I worked at Arise Coffee Bar and Roaster until the location I was at shut down, I was offered a job at an alternate location, but turned it down due to personal reasons.
