The DTC (Digital Transformation Center) is the governing organization for all Salesforce projects for the Veterans Affairs.

As a QA Lead and part of the DTC's Digital Assurance team I:

• Implemented Test Automation from scratch at the DTC:
  - Setup the framework
  - Developed a Regression Test suite for Salesforce Shared Objects that tests dozens of modules
  - Setup automated tests in CICD
  - Developed automation for Post-Refresh steps to be executed after sandbox refreshes
  - Created and distributed multiple documents to support users
• Am the main point of contact with the Test Automation vendor (Provar) as well as the test automation engineers across the VA:
  - Distributed a common framework to jump start new users
  - Held weekly Office Hours
  - Supported dozens of users in onboarding test automation and training with Provar
  - Provided technical guidance and best practices
  
• Developed and implemented, or was a major player in defining many processes including:
  - Digital Assurance Policy
  - Defect Reporting
  - User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  - Cross-teams testing
  - Review of QA artifacts for Hotfixes and planned releases
  - How to manage test plans and execute test cases
  
• Created many SQA templates for all VA developers and testers, including:
  - RTM (Requirement Traceability Matrix)
  - User Stories with Acceptance Criteria
  - Master Test Plan
  
• Mentored testers in my team
  
• Led a team of 5 test engineers for a high profile project (VA Main Optimization), which included the following implementations:
  - Decommissioning
  - User Provisioning framework development
  - Migration of Process Builders to Flows
  Integrations
  - Test Automation of Regression Testing of Shared Objects

• Established the framework for the test automation of the three most high-profile Salesforce projects. Under my guidance, the team of one of the projects achieved 100% automation of their regression test suite; the other, 75%. I lead the third project and automated 40% of the smoke test suite in 8 weeks.
• As the lead of a team of 15+ automation testers, I created processes and trained the team on ‘Branching and Merging Strategies Using Source Control' (GitHub)
  and Best Practices for Test Automation.
• Led the QA effort of a VA emergency patch in the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic to identify and record the infection status of veterans in the
  Computerized Patient Record System (CPRS). This patch was rolled out nationally in 3 weeks
  to 100,000+ users and benefited millions of veterans.
• Have performed all aspects of manual and automated testing – Test Plan and Test Case design, UAT planning and execution, delivery of Requirement Traceability Matrix, Integration and End-to-End Testing, 508 Compliance Testing, User Provisioning and Data Loading, Code Review, etc.
• As the founder and Lead of the Testers Workgroup, I frequently trained testers, colleagues and management on a variety of topics including test
  methodologies, processes, and tools to all manual and automation testers, ensuring continuous education in best practices and industry standards for maximum efficiency and accuracy in testing.

With the aid of our software, the FBI CAST unit was able solve hundreds of cases, including missing child, arsenal, homicide and insurance fraud.

• Responsible for all aspects of QA of GF products across all supported web browsers, including testing accuracy of results, logic and algorithms, and functionality, usability and performance.
• Installed/deployed software across multiple servers, including secure federal government servers.
• Developed all the test strategy and define coverage for integration and regression test.
• Developed and maintained automation scripts.
• Designed and executed test cases based on specifications documents and based on
  defects and customer requests of new features.
• Filed detailed bug reports, identify workarounds, and verify fixes, using Bugzilla.
• Supported the development team with problem diagnosis and resolution, and determined appropriate test methods for specific product fixes and updates.
• Provided customer support.

• Received the Top Performer Award of R&D Department in 2011 for developing a sophisticated test, using the automation tool (TestComplete) and collecting values from multiple parts of an application and plugging the values in a very intricate Excel book that I created to verify very complex physics algorithms. With that I identified some significant discrepancies, which could result in the delivery of the wrong amount of radiation to cancer patients.
• Successfully conducted two audits representing the Software Development and Test department for ISO recertification with the FDA.
• Participated in all aspects of QA and testing of multiple Sun Nuclear products.
• Developed and maintained automation scripts using TestComplete.
• Created multiple complex tools for testing of algorithms, reporting, and statuses.
• Authored the majority of the Software Testing process documents.
