- I opened The West Hollywood Edition Hotel and was so excited
- I was such a fan of Ian Schrager and all of his work around the World
- It was almost a university for Hospitality
- I learned forbes training daily and was constantly in the kitchen learning new and exciting dishes prepared by Chef John Fraser
- During the pandemic I was loyal and stayed as long as I could
- Ultimately, I found it safer to move to an outdoor Restaurant and will always miss this experience
