• Interview all prospective surrogates to ensure they understand the surrogate process, and all that it involves.
• Match them with a surrogate agency that I feel would be represent them and their wants and needs in terms of communication, compensation, and ideal intended parent for their journey.

- Manage and support intended parents and surrogates throughout their surrogacy journeys.

- Work alongside fertility clinics around the U.S. to ensure protocols are followed, medications are correct and administered, and all teams are updated.

• Help find them a surrogate that would meet their needs. (i.e., her location, compensation, communication wants, review medical history)
• Consult with the parents' fertility clinic to ensure that the surrogate matches their requirements.
• Coordinate IVF cycles.
• Work with escrow to ensure funds are acquired and dispersed correctly.
